Quick and easy to make and really delicious to eat!                       

Ingredients:

2 Cups Flour - (cake flour or bread flour)

1 Sachet Yeast (7g)

1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

Pinch of Salt

Pinch of Sugar

Warm Water - (enough to make a soft dough)

 

Method:

Combine flour, yeast, olive oil, salt and sugar with the warm water too make a very soft dough.  Keep mixing for about 2-3 minutes to activate the yeast.

Place the container with the dough mixture in a warm place and leave to stand until the dough has risen to double the size.

Bake in a pre-heated 180° oven for +30 minutes until golden brown.

For a different taste try adding one of the following to the dough before baking :

   Grated cheese (this can also be put on top of the bread)

   Chopped olives

   A crushed clove of garlic

   Finely chopped onion or spring onion
