Ingredients :

 

1 Onion - chopped

2 Rashers bacon - chopped

1 Tablespoon butter

1 Cup Water

1 Medium Cauliflower

1 Litre Milk

Salt and Pepper to taste

 

 

 

   

   
  Method :

Heat butter in a saucepan and sauté the chopped onion and bacon.

Break cauliflower into florets and add to the saucepan with the water.

Simmer gently until the cauliflower is very soft then place in a blender and blend until the bacon, onion and cauliflower are like a smooth paste.

Return the mixture to the saucepan and add the milk and salt and pepper.

Reheat and serve with a little grated cheese sprinkled into each bowl.
